Note: Our services are digital and delivered online. Physical products are not sold through our website.

If you purchase a lesson package, you may cancel unused lessons within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no lessons have been completed. After 7 days or if lessons have commenced, refunds will be prorated based on lessons completed.

6.3 Subscription Cancellation

If you have a subscription service, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to services until the end of the paid period.

7. Refund Amounts

7.1 Full Refunds

Full refunds will be provided when:

  • The service is cancelled by us before commencement
  • The service has a major failure that cannot be remedied

7.2 Partial Refunds
